Overview
Metro Christian Academy, a private Christian School located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Patriot Program Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to perform advanced, complex, and often confidential administrative work across a broad range of responsibilities. This individual will regularly interact with students, parents, and teachers and should be committed to the pursuit of excellence through Christ, love God and love others, and demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and integrity.
This is a twelve-month position working 28 hours per week. The After-School program is open Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-5:30pm. The Assistant’s schedule may vary from week to week and will include working until 6:00 p.m. three to four days per week. Specific days and hours can be discussed during the interview process.

Candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assists in processing and documenting monthly billing for PACK/PASS.
- Assists in calling and emailing past due accounts for PACK, PASS, Studios, and Camp Patriot.
- Assists in processing new PACK/PASS registrations, including but not limited to, updating Veracross, keeping binders current, processing daily attendance sheets for staff, etc.
- Assists in managing daily and weekly attendance records and reconciling for accurate billing.
- Assists in training new PACK/PASS staff.
- Attends college fairs and other hiring events to help recruit additional PACK/PASS staff.
- Supports PACK/PASS staff during afternoon sessions and serve as a “bench sub” as needed.
- Helps secure PACK/PASS subs as needed.
- Helps manage, schedule, buy supplies, and prep for PACK/PASS and weekly enrichment themes.
- Maintains PACK/PASS storage closet and organizes supplies, carts, etc.
- Helps with weekly errands – purchasing supplies, snacks, etc. for weekly needs and special events.
- Assists in supporting After-School Studios: scheduling, registrations, emails to families, maintaining relationships with Studio Community partners, connecting with prospective new partners, etc.
- Assists with planning, managing, staffing, registrations, invoicing, supply shopping, prep, etc. for One-Day Patriot Programs and Middle School Study Days.
- Assists in creating Weekly Happenings announcements and communication with Marketing.
- Assists with all aspects of Camp Patriot; preparations, communication, scheduling, data entry and management in Veracross, communication with teachers, decorations, etc.
- Provides direct care of children.

- Ability to respond to and attempt to resolve conflicts that may arise among participants in a calm and professional manner.
