Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our healthcare team for a temporary data entry project. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing sensitive medical information within various database systems. Your expertise will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of patient data.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing source documents and correcting discrepancies promptly
• Manage data collection processes, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and compliant with confidentiality standards
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel spreadsheets and Word processing software, to organize and analyze data effectively
• Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of confidential information

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles within a healthcare or office setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Previous experience in office or clerical roles involving filing, order entry, or data collection is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
