TuBelle Photography is a Northern Virginia–based photography team that captures light-filled, timeless, and heartfelt imagery for families and small businesses. What began as a one-woman show has grown into a team of photographers who share the same heart: serving with excellence, kindness, and care.

We’re looking for someone who shares that heart to join our team as a Photo Editor (Contractor); someone eager to learn, reliable, and genuinely passionate about creating beautiful work that matters.

About the Position

This is a contractor position paid per project. You’ll work closely with Belle (owner and lead photographer) to edit client galleries using Adobe Lightroom. As you grow in skill and familiarity with our editing style, there will be opportunities to expand into Photoshop work as well.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves photography, enjoys attention to detail, and is excited to learn a consistent editing workflow within a supportive and creative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Edit photo galleries in Lightroom following TuBelle Photography’s signature clean, classic, and timeless style.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all edits.
• Meet deadlines reliably and communicate proactively.
• Be open to feedback and continuous learning through training and check-ins.
• (Eventually) assist with Photoshop-based projects such as head swaps, composites, or detailed retouching.

Previous editing experience is required; training to edit in our style will be provided. A love for photography, a good eye for color and light, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
