Job Summary
Escrow Officer is responsible for pre-closing, coordinating with agents & lenders, preparing settlement statements, scheduling and conducting the closing, issuing title policies (except in AZ, NM and NV), preparation and recording of documents and making appropriate disbursements associated with the settlement process. In AZ, NM and NV some disbursements will be made by the EO from time to time.

•Responsible for delivering high level customer service and business relationships.•Must have license (if applicable by state) and maintain continuing education hours as required.•Responsible for conducting Performance Appraisals.•Work with Sr. OPS Manager on employee issues and completing Disciplinary form•Training of staff on any industry changes.•Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements
•Must have a minimum of 2 years escrow officer/closing experience performing the title andescrow duties of this position.
•Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment,demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities.
•Title license or ability to obtain within 90 days (except in AZ, NM and NV.) *Escrow does notdo Title or have Title License requirements *WA has LPO/Alaska has EO Licenserequirements NM and NV have EO licensing requirements. If applicable by state.
•Notary or ability to obtain within 30 days.
•Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
•Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
•Remains current in profession and industry trends.
•Knowledge of title industry software, ResWare preferred.
•Familiar with title and escrow regulations in the state where employed.
•Familiar with E-Recording where applicable, Simplifile preferred.
•Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
•Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detailwithout loss to production.
•Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Supervisor Responsibilities
Oversee support staff, Closers, Jr. Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Processors, Client Experience Specialist *As Applicable by Office.
Education
Must have minimum high school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
