Location: Across PA ( Philadelphia, Allentown, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Reading, Williamsport, Newtown & More)

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Overtime Availability
• Available Shifts: Day, Night, and Weekends
• 8, 10 & 12 hours; and On-call

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a residential electrician
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Capable of working unsupervised and on your own
• Able to pass an electrical aptitude test
• Able to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
• Willing to grow personally, professionally and economically
• Electric License/Certification is a plus but not required

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential and commercial client requests for electrical assistance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely
• Drive a fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter Van to two to three client locations per day
• Deliver first-class workmanship and ensure complete client satisfaction
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout each project
• Represent the company professionally by arriving in a clean uniform with a positive attitude
• Explain technical information in simple terms to help clients understand their electrical needs
• Collaborate with a respectful, team-oriented group committed to mutual growth and support
• Uphold company safety and quality standards while using the industry’s best tools and equipment
• Participate in ongoing education and training to continually enhance skills and performance
