Duties and Responsibilities:
Possession of baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Database Administration, or Management Information System and three (3) years of progressively responsible professional information technology experience with responsibilities for database design, development, and data modeling (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Considerable working knowledge of database design, development, and data modeling as demonstrated by the broad knowledge and understanding of the full range of pertinent standard and evolving information technology concepts, principles and methodology.
Considerable working knowledge and understanding of the broad technology, systems, hardware and software associated with database design, development, and data modeling.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team leaders and members, and individuals.
Demonstrated experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, specifically merging disparate data formats and consolidating decentralized data silos.
Demonstrated experience in building or integrating web front-ends with databases and implementing data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or custom web-based dashboards).
Demonstrated understanding of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA.).
Strong verbal and written skills to translate complex, technical data concepts into actionable advice for non-technical users.
