Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI platforms to communicate insights effectively across teams.
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend, VBA, Bash scripts (Unix shell), and Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support database design efforts by creating efficient schemas and ensuring optimal performance for data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct business analysis by translating operational needs into technical specifications for reporting and analytics projects.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning through deployment and maintenance of analytical solutions.
• Utilize Linked Data principles to integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Assist in project management activities related to data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience

• 3 Years of Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis skills and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle; experience with database design is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Talend or scripting languages such as VBA and Bash for data integration workflows.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies to facilitate collaborative development cycles.
• Experience working with Business Analysis techniques to interpret operational needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail; ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $82,776.47 - $98,214.67 per year
