Job Summary:
Utilizing education, experience and judgment, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's quality assurance and quality control systems across multiple locations. As the sole quality leader in the organization, this role ensures that all products, processes, and procedures meet internal and external quality standards. The Quality Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance, and foster a culture of quality throughout the company. 50% travel required between sites in CA and Nevada as well as occasional supplier or customer visits.
