Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
$70,000 per year | Full-Time

Position Summary

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide outpatient mental health services, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires direct clinical service delivery and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatric providers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
• Deliver crisis intervention and utilize motivational interviewing techniques as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other treatment team members to coordinate care
• Participate in treatment planning and case consultations
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards
• Provide direct client care in a variety of settings, including school-based programs, outpatient mental health services, and behavioral consultation programs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential

Preferred:

• Experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, documentation, and crisis intervention skills
• Administrative or supervisory experience
