Everton Mattress Factory is hiring an experienced OTR Driver for a hands-on driver assist position based out of Filer, Idaho.

This is not a dock-to-dock drop-and-hook job. Drivers are actively involved in deliveries and customer service, and we’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and ready to work.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus – Paid in Steps That Reward You for Staying

We believe good drivers shouldn’t have to wait six months to see bonus money.

Bonus Schedule:

• $250 on your first day worked
• $500 after 30 days
• $750 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 6 months
• Stay with us. Get rewarded for it. Simple.

Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company equipment on scheduled OTR routes
• Assist with unloading and delivery of mattresses and related products
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and communicate maintenance concerns
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid CDL
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical driver assist work
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Prior OTR experience preferred

Sign-On Bonus Terms:

• Bonus payments are forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before a payout milestone is reached
• Payments are issued on the next regular payroll cycle following each completed milestone
• Driver must remain in good standing with no active corrective action at the time of payout
• Additional repayment terms may apply if employment ends shortly after bonus payments are issued
