RidgeRock Retaining Walls, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading provider of innovative retaining wall solutions. We specialize in patented retaining wall block systems and the geosynthetic reinforcements that support them. As experts in mechanically stabilized earth wall systems, our team of design engineers/estimators deliver detailed preliminary designs tailored to site-specific conditions for contractors.

Our estimators review grading plans to develop wall elevations, interpret geotechnical reports to assess site conditions, and design geogrid reinforcement layouts that account for external loads, slope geometry, hydrostatic pressures, and other critical engineering factors.

This is a full-time entry-level position with long-term career growth potential. Candidates should have a 2-year or 4-year technical degree. Our industry is highly specialized, therefore we provide comprehensive hands-on training to help you develop technical skills and in-depth product knowledge from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, experienced team in a detail-focused and fast-paced environment.

The role involves extensive use of Microsoft Excel, industry-standard geogrid design tools, and RidgeRock’s proprietary estimating software. Prior experience with these programs is not required. We are looking for individuals who are technically minded, motivated, and eager to learn.
