Overview
We are seeking a Database Assistant to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with Donor Database management to help achieve Development goals at Lift For Life Academy.

Responsibilities

DONOR DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Donor Records/Report Generation:

Ø Maintain donor database (Little Green Light), including all records, gift entries, contact reports, and demographic information

Ø Responsible for all reporting, including generating weekly, monthly, and annual gift reports and others as requested

Ø Accurate gift entry and coding

Ø Pull mailing lists and other data as requested for various Marketing and Development activities

Ø Assist with inputting phone or face-to-face conversations and letters/emails written into Little Green Light relative to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors and volunteers.

Gift Processing:

Ø Prepare all donor acknowledgement and thank you letters

Ø Receives scanned development checks from the External Relations Director and enter gifts into Little Green Light

Ø Daily and accurately, enter all gifts following protocols and processes in coordination with the Business Manager

Ø Reconcile all development deposits, including PayPal, Square, and other online gifts, maintaining proper record keeping in compliance with audit requirements

Ø Serve as resident expert on Little Green Light, including the ability to problem solve issues accurately

Volunteer Tracking/Recordkeeping:

Ø Maintain records of all volunteers in the database, including committee and board members.

Ø Prepare and present the reporting of volunteer hours of service with associated projects

QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED:

Ø Bachelor's degree preferred

Ø Experience with donor databases such as, Blackbaud products, E-Tapestry and the Raiser’s Edge, Donor Perfect - Little Green Light preferred

Ø High level of confidentiality & discretion

Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ø Ability to work independently, but also a team player

Ø Experience with Constant Contact or Mail Chimp – a plus

Ø Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and Publisher

Ø Essential to have the energy and passion for Lift For Life Academy’s mission

Ø Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ø Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse team

Work is primarily performed indoors with exposure to noise.
