KansasLand Tire is seeking a motivated, self-driven Commercial Tire Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing commercial accounts, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is responsible for building long-term relationships with fleet customers, identifying sales opportunities, conducting fleet inspections, managing profitability, and serving as the communication link between customers and our service team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial fleet accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, and customer visits.
• Perform fleet inspections and tire evaluations to identify customer needs.
• Prepare quotes and recommend products and services that maximize customer value.
• Monitor sales margins to ensure profitable growth.
• Communicate customer needs, scheduling, and service requirements between customers and the store.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Represent KansasLand Tire in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; commercial tire or automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
