We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy diagnosing problems, and like working with your hands, this is the place for you. We work on a wide range of vehicles — from daily drivers to newer EVs — and we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to keep learning, especially when it comes to Tesla and electric vehicle systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complete vehicle inspections to find existing and potential problems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems with accuracy and confidence.
• Use scan tools and other diagnostic equipment to quickly pinpoint faults and develop repair plans.
• Handle A/C diagnostics and repairs, including leak detection, refrigerant service, and component replacement.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks: oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, fluid checks, tune-ups, etc.
• Handle all sorts of repairs — minor fixes and major overhauls alike.
• Document work performed, communicate clearly with advisors and the team, and keep the customer informed.
• Embrace training and learning — especially as we grow into working on EVs and Tesla vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Understanding Digital Vehicle Inspections and how they help YOU make money.
• Strong diagnostic ability, especially in electrical problem-solving.
• Proficiency with modern scan tools and diagnostic software.
• Experience with A/C systems and related repair procedures.
• Comfortable performing routine maintenance and a wide spectrum of repairs independently.
• ASE certification(s) preferred, but not required if you bring the right experience and attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and proud of doing quality work.
• Ready and willing to learn new technologies — especially EV systems and Tesla vehicles.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
