PlaneSense is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic, collaborative marketing team. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping bring campaigns, events, and team initiatives to life. In this role, you will be at the center of the marketing team’s day-to-day operations, helping projects stay on track, events run smoothly, and details come together seamlessly. You will work closely with team members, internal partners, and external vendors to support marketing initiatives from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities
Project Management Support
· Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, task lists, and deliverables.
· Track project progress and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
· Help organize campaign materials, creative assets, approvals, and status updates.
· Maintain marketing calendars, project management tools, and shared files.
· Support communication between marketing, sales, and external vendors as needed.
Event Planning and Coordination
· Assist with planning and execution of internal and external marketing events.
· Communicate with venues, vendors, partners, and attendees.
· Help prepare event materials, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up.
· Track event budgets, invoices, and deadlines.
Administrative and Team Support
· Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor documentation.
· Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, inventory, and branded materials.
· Assist with presentation preparation and basic research.
Marketing Execution Support
· Assist with email campaigns, website updates, and collateral coordination as needed.
· Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
· Help coordinate print and digital assets with internal teams or external vendors.
· Support content organization and distribution across marketing channels.
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, event planning, administrative support, or a related role.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· HubSpot and/or SalesForce certified.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
· Comfort working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms.
· Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, a plus.

This is a hybrid position based in Portsmouth, NH, with direct reporting responsibility to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

As an FAA certified Part 145 repair station, we specialize in Pilatus PC-12 turboprop aircraft and Pilatus PC-24 twin engine jet aircraft support, including turbine aircraft repairs, annual inspections, phase inspections, hourly inspections, modifications, and Service Bulletin compliance, as well as Avionics repairs and sales.
Atlas Aircraft Center is part of the PlaneSense, Inc. headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. Our state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot hangar is equipped with slab heating, high-tech lighting, and Megadoors. These special fabric doors provide superior insulation capabilities to protect staff from inclement weather while also shielding customers’ aircraft from the elements. The very high ceilings and door openings accommodate all types of aircraft. An additional 44,000 square feet is dedicated to shop space and corporate offices.
Our Nevada maintenance facility is located in Boulder City, NV and features 36,000 square feet of air-conditioned hangar space. This Atlas Aircraft Center facility provides valuable support for the PlaneSense® fleet, mainly serving fractional share clients in the Western part of the U.S.
