We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Content Creator & Website Designer to join our team in Clinton, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate, college graduate, or someone beginning their career in digital marketing and web design.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about creating engaging content, learning new digital tools, and helping grow a company's online presence through social media, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
No professional experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages as directed.
Research marketing trends and competitor activities.
Help improve online visibility through basic SEO practices.
Website Design & Maintenance
Update and maintain company websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar website builders.
Design website pages, banners, graphics, and landing pages.
Ensure website content is accurate, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly.
Upload and organize images, products, blogs, and other website content.
Assist with website performance monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
General Duties
Collaborate with team members on marketing projects and campaigns.
Attend periodic meetings to discuss goals and progress.
Maintain organized digital files and marketing assets.
Complete assigned projects within deadlines.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or recent college graduate.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn new software and marketing tools.
Preferred US Citizen or green card holder
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Experience using social media platforms for content creation.
Basic knowledge of website builders such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Elementor.
Understanding of photography, video editing, or graphic design.
Coursework or personal projects related to marketing, design, communications, or technology.
