Required Qualifications

• Current FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
• Industry experience in aircraft dispatch or related operational roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching or training experience
• Experience mentoring junior dispatchers or supporting operational teams

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person evening classes following established FAA approved curriculum
• Deliver instruction that supports accurate decision-making and operational judgment
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, simulations, and assessments
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with program leadership and update to ensure instructional quality and compliance

Schedule

• In-person at our Bloomington, MN campus
• Availability to teach weekly evening classes
