Overview
We are seeking an intelligent and results-oriented Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be detail oriented, and have excellent follow through. Responsibilities

• Daily dispatch and monitoring of trucks and drivers.
• Lead and manage daily operations of trucks and drivers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Scheduling deliveries across multiple areas and multiple days.
• Responsible for customer relations and on-time deliveries.
• Responsible for driver satisfaction and aid in recruitment.
• Collaborate with sales, maintenance, and billing departments to align with operational capabilities and goals.
• Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met while identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or formal education is preferred.
• Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or related fields.
• Strong planning skills with the ability to foresee problems.
• Knowledge of profit & loss management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and computer skills.
