We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate and optimize field service operations for our business. This role is responsible for planning and assigning installation, maintenance, and repair jobs to technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch field technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance of internet and telecommunications services.
Monitor daily job progress and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate delays, emergencies, or priority requests.
Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with network operations, customer support, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Track technician availability, skill sets, and geographic coverage to optimize routing and productivity.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and update internal systems with job status, notes, and completion details.
Analyze scheduling metrics and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
