Client Service Advocate (CSA)

Katterhenry Investment Group of NEST Capital is hiring a Full-Time Client Service Advocate for our Dublin, Ohio office.

NEST Capital is a large, close-knit, independently owned financial advisory team with multiple practices. Katterhenry Investment Group is one of those practices. NEST Capital manages $3.2B (1) in assets under management and has 75 associates dispersed among 16 offices in 7 different states. We work hard for our clients, and we believe it shines through our interactions with clients who quite often become friends. We aim to provide the best client experience possible through setting and then exceeding client expectations.

This role serves to relieve administrative tasks from the leadership team and assists in keeping this office (and business) running smoothly. If you have a passion for helping people using a high-touch, personal approach, you may be ideal for this position. The ideal candidate would show great initiative and be highly organized, have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a client-first growth-style mindset. You can work independently but you must be a good team member as well. We are a fast-paced business where work and client needs are wide-ranging and flexible as we hope are you. Ideal candidates will bring 5 or more years of experience in Financial Services or similar industires.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to tasks such as:

• Field incoming calls, emails, faxes, and correspondence
• Implement and lead daily accountability check-ins with local staff
• Manage all dynamics in the office including local and NEST employee/client collaboration
• Proactively prepare for, schedule, and confirm quarterly client meetings for Advisors
• Post-appointment follow-up
• Working knowledge of eMoney
• Establish/service new households and accounts including managing asset transfers, contributions, and distributions
• Maintain up-to-date CRM database (contact info, actions, service records, etc)
• Run and review administration of new/existing household and account business reports, disseminate as appropriate
• Evaluate, process, and work through account service requests to completion
• Assist leadership with various projects
• Represent and enhance the company Mission and Core Values

Most FINRA Securities Registrations and state insurance licenses are held for you but not necessary. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and a PTO schedule to allow for personal time away from the office.

Pay Range: $2,307.69 - $2,692.31.31 bi-weekly (Annualized equivalent of $60,000 - $70,000)
