Northern Coating Supply is family-owned & locally run industrial coatings distributor. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and ready to take a position that is challenging but rewarding. ```Duties```

-Manage inbound/outbound customer needs.

-Management of our location inventory.

-Facilitate in-house orders by inputting and filling orders that come into the Waite Park location. This includes mixing and preparing orders for either freight and or NCS trucks. The ability to lift and move heavy containers up to 65 lbs. will be part of your daily activities.

-Color development is a critical component of this position and will be a daily activity. Previous experience is a plus; however, we will train you on our product line either way.

-B2B sales and travel are included in this job. Travel can be at times over 300 miles in a day. Overnight stays are not frequent. However, they can happen from time to time. A company vehicle will be provided for business travel.

```Qualifications```

-A solid B2B background and experience with an emphasis on Marketing, Purchasing and Sales. A Business Degree is preferred, but not necessary.

-Solid time and organization management skills

-Knowledge of Business Software: Microsoft Business Suite, Netsuite

-Basic Math principles, Algebra and problem-solving capabilities

-Ability to Lift and move containers weighing up to 65lbs.

-Clean Driving Record

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
