About the Role:
The Knowledge Management Document Controller must provide multi-disciplinary servicefocusing on ensuring Plans of Record are complete and accessible fordownstream design teams. This service includes tracking readiness requirements andcollaborating with product development (PDI) teams to identify and resolvedocumentation gaps through task management and partner delegation. What You’ll Do:
Assist as a point of contact for product development team members andsupport timely responses to queries.
Assist in resolving questions related to internal processes and help escalateto Readiness needed.
Help align multiple stakeholders and document owners to ensure completeaccounting of products and programs.
Provide support to the Readiness on newsletters and outfacingcommunications as requested.
Assist with consistent reviews of the status of products and programsduring development phases.
Help identify and follow up on data gaps until closed and support thevalidation of reporting tools.
Help notify document owners on changes and inconsistencies, assisting withtask assignments as needed.
Support the review and validation of automated status reporting to ensureaccuracy.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, orequivalent work experience.
Experience involving SQL, advanced spreadsheet formulas, JavaScriptand/or Google App Script.
Experience as a construction project engineer and in project documentationcloseout.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
