As a Cultivation Technician, you’ll be hands-on with our plants through every stage of the growth and harvest cycle. Your day-to-day tasks may include watering, defoliating, monitoring plant health, assisting with harvests, and following standard operating procedures to keep everything running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• We pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful, team-oriented culture where every technician plays an important role in producing high-quality plants.
• Understand and be able to execute directions with accuracy and precision
• Identify and report any and all issues regarding plant health,
• Defoliate plants in a manner consistent with company standards
• Dispose of and record plant waste following company standards.
• Maintain a clean working uniform and environment
• Assist in maintaining the grow rooms, equipment, environment, and permanent fixtures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Fast food, or assembly line experience preferred
• Proper employment documentation and authorized to work in the US
• Trustworthy, punctual with great written and verbal skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be licensed to work in the cannabis industry in the state of Oklahoma
