We are looking to add new teammates to join our growing Client Service Coordinator - Business Support team! The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Representatives while delivering exceptional service to clients. Acting as a key partner to the sales team, this position provides proactive operational, organizational, and client support to help drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handling service requests, processing policy changes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate results. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, Responsibilities include preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation, gathering and verifying client information, and ensuring submissions are accurate and completed on time. No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training.
Additional Qualifications Needed:
You will go through a 10-week classroom training program that begins on Monday, September 14th, 2026. The hours during training are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Hours after training are 8:30am - 5:00 pm.
Client Service Coordinator - Business Support pay range is $25.20-$34.20. Starting salary will be $25.20.
Pay: $25.20 - $34.20 per hour
