Duties

• Prepare and assemble donut dough using established recipes and precise measurements
• Operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, fryers, and glazing machines with safety and efficiency
• Shape, decorate, and package donuts to meet quality standards and presentation expectations
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
• Assist in loading finished products for distribution

Experience

• Must have donut making experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
