Boarding School Program - Dorm Supervisors

The Paisley School District is seeking dynamic, mission-driven individuals or a couple to serve as a high school dormitory supervisor/parents.

This is a unique and rare opportunity to live, work, and serve students and a community in beautiful southeastern Oregon.

● Qualifications:

• Candidates should have experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth activities, coaching, or residential care.
• Paisley School District fosters a student-centered, nurturing environment that focuses on the whole child, with care, guidance, emotional support, and personal growth, and a mindset that helps each child develop into a strong, intelligent individual, both personally and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic home environment are important
• A high level of integrity, emotional stability, and commitment to Paisley School District’s mission is essential.
• Begin August 1, 2026, and end Mid-June 2027

● Responsibilities:

• Operate, clean, and maintain dormitory facilities to ensure compliance with health, fire, and safety rules, regulations, and standards.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies with district supervisors.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for high school students with academic and athletic schedules.
• Manage monthly meal plans and monthly food purchases with the district supervisor. ○ Ensure boarding school students arrive at school on time.
• In collaboration with district superintendent/principal, dormitory supervisors will maintain order, student chores, student study halls, and student discipline and care in accordance with the Paisley Boarding Facility Handbook.
• Lead weekend student excursions across Oregon.

● The right candidate(s) will receive:

■ Dormitory supervisor compensation = $50,000 - $65,000 annually

■ Co-dormitory supervisor = 40,000 - $55,000 annually

• Room and board FREE during the school year in the dormitory facility.
