Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare doughs for pizzas
• Ensure dough is prepared according to food safety standards and quality specifications
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers and dough sheeters safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food handling regulations
• Assist in other food preparation tasks including ingredient measurement, portioning, and basic cooking when required

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or dough making is highly preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in dough preparation
• Strong understanding of food safety practices within a commercial kitchen environment
• Background in restaurant or bakery environments will be considered an asset
