Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable, bilingual Landscape Project Manager with at least 5 years of project management experience in landscape construction. The ideal candidate will be on-site to verify sod placement, accurately track square footage, coordinate with other project managers and crews, and ensure robust communication across teams. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality on DOT, airport, and federal project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership and Quality Control
Conduct on-site inspections of sod installation to confirm correct placement, grading, and establishment according to specifications.
Verify square footage measurements on each job to ensure accurate material quantities and reporting.
Identify and resolve issues promptly to prevent schedule delays and ensure compliance with project drawings and contract requirements.
Project Coordination and Communication**
Serve as on-site liaison among field crews, subcontractors, and internal Project Managers.
Track progress against schedule, budget, and scope; proactively communicate risks and changes to stakeholders.
Review and interpret project plans, specs, and scope of work; ensure all activities meet regulatory and client requirements.
Administrative and Reporting Duties**
Maintain thorough, organized project documentation (daily logs, progress photos, measurement data, change orders, etc.).
Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal leadership; escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate material deliveries, sequencing, and staging to optimize site performance.
Compliance and Safety**
Enforce safety protocols on site; ensure compliance with DOT, airport, Army Corps of Engineers, and other applicable standards.
Maintain adherence to quality control checklists and project-specific procedures.
Team Collaboration and Leadership**
Work closely with other Project Managers to align on multi-site scheduling, resource allocation, and best practices.
Mentor and guide field personnel to uphold Unlimited Turf’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications
Bilingual (100% fluency in English and another required language)**; able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including field crews, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Project Management experience** in landscape construction or a closely related field.
Proven experience managing projects for DOTs, airports, Army Corps of Engineers, and/or municipal communities is highly desirable.
Strong on-site inspection and QA/QC capabilities, especially with sod placement and turf establishment.
Demonstrated ability to manage square footage calculations, material reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software, field reporting tools, and basic measurement techniques.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
