We are a growing 3PL specializing in drayage and intermodal transportation across North America. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, team-focused attitude, is coachable, and wants to contribute to a high-performing environment.

About the Role

The Drayage Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing shipments from start to finish - working directly with carriers, internal teams, ports, etc. to ensure everything moves as planned.

This is an execution-focused role where you’ll balance multiple shipments at once, solve problems in real time, and communicate consistently throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage daily drayage and intermodal shipments
• Communicate with carriers, customers, ports, and rail yards
• Source carriers and negotiate rates
• Track and trace shipments and provide updates
• Identify issues early and take action to resolve them
• Support cost control and margin protection
• Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships
• Follow established processes while adapting when situations change

What Will Best Qualify You

• Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to make time-sensitive decisions that impact operations and cost

This role serves as a strong foundation within our team. Growth opportunities are available over time based on performance, consistency, and business needs.

This is a non-asset-based brokerage role (no drivers)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
