Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Drupal Developer with strong experience in Acquia Cloud Platform, PHP, and modern front-end technologies. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-grade CMS solutions, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and best development practices. Client is seeking a full-stack Drupal Web Applications Developer with 6+ years’ experience in Acquia Cloud Platform, performing backend development in PHP and Drupal APIs (Drupal 9/10), along with frontend development of accessible UIs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The objective of the Drupal Web Applications Developer role is to modernize SWIFT’s Drupal CMS system with Acquia Cloud Platform integration of its Platform as a Service (PaaS) to optimize hosting and automated 24/7 management of Drupal applications. The current SWIFT Drupal Team consists of four Web Applications Developers, and they’re seeking a fifth member to join their team based on the high-volume of requests from their financial clients Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain websites and applications using Drupal (preferably Drupal 9/10) - Build and customize Drupal modules, themes, and integrations - Work with Acquia Cloud Platform for hosting, deployment, and environment management - Develop backend functionality using PHP and Drupal APIs - Implement responsive and accessible UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Collaborate with UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions - Ensure code quality through: Unit testing, Integration testing, and Code reviews - Participate in CI/CD processes and automated deployments - Troubleshoot issues across environments (dev, staging, production) Required Skills: - Strong experience with Drupal CMS - Hands-on experience with Acquia Cloud Platform - Solid proficiency in PHP - Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Familiarity with REST APIs
