Lead Toddler Teacher

D’s Little Bees LLC – York, PA

D’s Little Bees LLC is a brand-new early learning center in York, PA. We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to help build a positive, structured, and high-quality learning environment from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a classroom in accordance with PA DHS regulations
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment
• Supervise assistant teachers
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Ensure classroom compliance and readiness for inspections

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a licensed childcare center preferred
• Understanding of PA DHS regulations strongly preferred
• High school diploma required (ECE coursework preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Reliable and punctual

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
