Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scheduled/Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of restaurant equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, and ice cream machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
