Essential Functions include:

• Administering Medications per the 6-rights.
• Detailed and accurate House / Client / MAR Documentation.
• Client care, teaching independent living skills.
• Maintaining a safe environment for self, client and others.
• Cuing, assisting clients with daily chores, hygiene, cooking, etc.
• Confidentiality, dignity and respect of client’s rights.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license-for DAY Positions (you will be required to drive client’s safely to and from appts., Day Program, outings, etc. with a Company Vehicle) driver's license-NOT Required for OVERNIGHT positions. Never using your own vehicle.
• Pass a background Clearance.
