Tharanco Group is seeking a Full Time EDI Coordinator. This position will be based out of our Secaucus NJ office with Remote Fridays!

Tharanco Group designs, sources, and sells Men’s (Golf Apparel, Dress Shirts, Active/Outdoor Apparel) and Women’s (Dresses, Sweater & Knit Tops) apparel to major retailers and boutiques/pro-shops in the US and through its own Direct to Consumer channels (Ecommerce & Retail Stores). Responsibilities:

• Receive and process daily inbound EDI documents, ensuring accurate and timely entries within the ERP system.
• Liaising with Sales and Shipping department to support daily EDI transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Cross-reference internal product data with customer SKU information to accurately process EDI purchase orders.
• Maintain customer master records, color codes, and other reference tables within the ERP system to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Edi and/or Shipping operations.
• Working knowledge of key Edi transactions sets, including 850, 860, 864, 824, 855, 832, 856, 810 and 997.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and general computer applications.
• Strong analytical, detail oriented, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
