Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst to lead the design, development, and optimization of performance monitoring solutions across our operations.This role is responsible for establishing and managing KPIs, developing advanced reporting capabilities, and delivering automated, scalable analytics solutions using Power BI and Power Platform (Power Apps).The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and a structured problem-solving mindset to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities, KPIs, Metrics & Targets

• Develop, standardize, and continuously refine KPIs that accurately reflect process performance
• Ensure alignment of metrics with corporate planning, execution, and regulatory deliverables
• Monitor performance against targets and provide actionable insights to leadership

Performance Visualization

• Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards and automated reports
• Ensure data is presented in a clear, actionable, and business-friendly format
• Enable real-time visibility into operational performance and trends

Power BI Development & Management

• Develop and manage end-to-end Power BI solutions, including:
• Data models
• Datasets and transformations
• Advanced visualizations
• Automated refresh processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting solutions
• Optimize reporting environments for scalability and usability

Automation & Power Platform

• Design and implement automated reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency
• Develop solutions using Power Apps to streamline operational processes and improve user interaction
• Integrate Power BI with Power Platform tools (Power Automate / Power Apps)

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Lean, 5 Whys)
• Identify high-impact improvement opportunities across operations
• Maintain and track a portfolio of improvement initiatives
• Drive efficiency, accuracy, and process standardization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Performance Reporting
• Strong experience with:
• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, deployment)
• Data visualization and reporting automation
• SQL and data manipulation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using Power Apps
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Synapse, Databricks, etc.)
• Experience in regulated or performance-driven environments
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
