Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and our service technicians. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's service needs, communicate repair recommendations clearly, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
• Communicate customer requests to technicians and assist with diagnostics when needed
• Prepare repair estimates and provide accurate timelines while respecting customer schedules
• Clearly explain repair recommendations, findings, and charges
• Professionally address customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates, including obtaining approval for additional work when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Ability to read and understand repair information and technical instructions
• Dealertrack experience is a plus
• Strong personal and professional integrity
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
