Position Overview

The Elearning Design Specialist will support a large-scale Skills Transformation Project focused on building organizational capability, improving adoption of new skills-based processes, and helping employees and leaders understand new tools, roles, expectations, and workflows.

This person will partner closely with Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, HR, subject matter experts, business leaders, and project teams to design learning solutions that support readiness, adoption, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions to support skills transformation initiatives.
• Create instructor-led training, virtual training, eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, toolkits, facilitator guides, and manager guides.
• Translate complex project requirements, process changes, system updates, and business changes into clear learning content.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify audience needs, learning objectives, and training approach.
• Partner with project teams, SMEs, HR, Change Management, and business stakeholders to gather and validate content.
• Build learning paths for different learner groups using multiple delivery methods.
• Ensure learning materials align with adult learning principles, business process realities, and change impacts.
• Develop scalable learning assets that can be reused across functions, regions, and implementation phases.
• Support pilot sessions, testing, feedback review, and continuous improvement of learning materials.
• Partner with Change Management to align training with adoption strategy, communications, and stakeholder readiness plans.
• Deliver high-quality learning assets on time and aligned to project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, corporate training design, or related learning roles.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools and learning platforms such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, LMS platforms, video creation tools, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Background in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience designing learning for enterprise transformation, HR transformation, digital transformation, process change, or large-scale business change initiatives.
• Ability to build learning solutions for multiple audiences with different needs, complexity levels, and change readiness.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and learning evaluation methods.
• Ability to simplify complex process or technical information into clear, actionable learning content.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting skills-based talent initiatives, workforce transformation, or HR/Talent Management programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodology and adoption planning.
• Experience in global manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with tools such as Articulate, PowerPoint, Adobe, video creation tools, and LMS platforms.
