The Electrical Engineer / Designer will provide design solutions focused on building facility systems throughout the United States.

As a design focused Electrical Engineer you will provide design/engineering for facility critical systems (fire alarm, lighting, power generation, data / telecommunications) to support new infrastructure development; working with senior engineers in defining the electrical systems required via technical specifications, design guidelines, design, calculation review and equipment technical due diligence.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support all phases of project design implementation including system review, selection; defining project budget, scopes and schedules

Perform all electrical design (preliminary/final)

Assist various teams as well as perform research related to electrical systems to assess the relevance and benefit for systems/projects.

Evaluate processes, develop & implement solutions as appropriate

Develop & direct correspondences to effectively communicate insights & plans (project requirements, scope & objectives) to cross-functional stakeholders & team members

Participate in meetings & presentations to share ideas & findings

Participate in meetings to gather critical information & produce useful reports

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Knowledge of power system engineering and the distribution systems

Conceptual, critical thinking and analytical skills

MS Office Suite skills
