Sheet Metal Fabricator Entry Level

ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for successful manufacturing companies in the aerospace, transportation, energy, and commercial industries. Our ISO certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, welding, machining, painting and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility is located in Fridley, MN.

We are searching for an entry level Fabricator/Assembler – 1stShift. This is a full-time, semi-skilled position. The ideal candidate will be looking for a solid company where he/she can establish long-term employment that will offer growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• PEM hardware insertion and assembly of fabricated parts
• Deburring fabricated parts
• Grinding parts to a cosmetic finish
• Inspect work, making necessary notations on work routers.

Desired Qualifications:

• Some experience in assembly or metal fabrication is helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
