The Advanced Engineering Manager leads the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies that support new product launches, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. This role is responsible for managing advanced manufacturing engineering activities, overseeing capital projects, supporting product development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The Advanced Engineering Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and customers to ensure successful program execution while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
