Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, dedicated to identifying and attracting top talent across various disciplines. This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, build strong candidate relationships, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to meet organizational staffing needs. The Recruiter will utilize innovative sourcing strategies and leverage advanced talent management platforms to ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with our company's growth objectives.

Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for diverse roles across clinical staff, HR functions, and executive levels.
• Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc. to track applicants and streamline hiring workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Lead negotiations on employment offers, contracts, and employment terms while ensuring adherence to labor laws like employment & labor law regulations.
• Collaborate hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools
• Support onboarding activities like employee contract signing, and initial training & development programs.
• Maintain compliance with employment law in all recruitment activities and ensure proper documentation

Skills

• Proven experience with talent acquisition platforms
• Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent research skills for market trends analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling, social media management, and leveraging talent acquisition tools.
• Proficiency in negotiation tactics for employment offers and contract discussions.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices.
• Strong communication skills for client communication, interview coordination, and team collaboration.
• Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading talent acquisition projects in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with clinical staff recruitment processes and specialized healthcare staffing requirements is a plus.
• Capable of analyzing market trends to inform recruitment strategies and succession planning initiatives.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
