ESM Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead and oversee residential care operations within our community-based homes. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality client care, and fostering a positive environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will bring passion and experience in residential home settings, and strong leadership skills to drive excellence across ESM's residential facilities. Responsiblities

The Program Manager will be responsible to assist with training and maintaining quality Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel, and/or address any issues that may violate ESM procedures, protocols, or policies, as well as gather information on assigned staff for the performance review process.

Communication is essential and the Program Manager is responsible to ensure the flow of communicating is organized, smooth and information gets passed on to the appropriate individuals accordingly.

Requirements

Experience required. Associate Degree in Human Services preferred and MHRT-1 and DSP certifications. Managerial experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that meets standards set by Maine law.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
