Marketing & Intake Coordinator – Medicaid Home Care (Reading, PA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketer to support growth in our Reading, PA market. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Medicaid Home Care and HCBS programs, understands client intake and eligibility, and can manage and track referral leads from start to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed the monthly quota of 6 new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and community organizations.
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to promote our services.
• Conduct presentations and provide educational materials about our services to potential clients and referral sources.
• Track and report marketing efforts, to ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and referral sources.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies based on market feedback.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing the company.

Required Experience

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Passion for helping individuals and families in need of home care services.

Salary:

• Base Salary: $62,500
• Commission: $350 per new CHC client after 30 days
• Commission: $500 per new ODP client after 30 days.

Quota Expectations:

• Secure a minimum of 6 new clients per month.

Pay: $62,500.00 per year
