JOB DESCRIPTION

Westwood Country Club, a private platinum club, is looking for self-starters, active listeners who have a sharp memory, are attentive, with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic work environment as a full or part time server, bartender, busser, food runner, or dishwasher. Carry out the day-to-day operations that make Westwood Country Club a “WOW” experience. Continually improve and learn new job skills that make Westwood Country Club and yourself better. Responsible for interacting with members and guests to ensure their “WOW” experience at the Club through providing food and beverage service.

Hours and Days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the Members and Guests.

Provide excellent service, in a relaxed and professional atmosphere, where Members and Guests enjoy their experience in every way.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Greet members and guests as they enter the dining areas.

· Accurate execution of orders. Both description and timeliness are included.

· Properly bill members for their purchases.

· Know the food menu. Members/Guests will ask what is in each item. Ask for help.

· Maintain Clean & Concise work areas. All dining and back of house areas.

· Communicate with members/guests regarding Club dining and drink activities.

· Help maintain the kitchen expo line, set-up and tear down for all ala carte service needs, act as the last point of the check before food is served, and run the food to the tables.

· Take orders, prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar.

· Load, run and unload dish machine; Properly washes, sanitizes and stores all tableware and kitchenware

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Available

Pay is based on experience and expertise.

• 4 hour shift

• Double time on some holidays
• Weekend availability
