EXE Logistics Inc, an independent contractor for FedEx ground, is looking for a motivated, reliable and safe individual to join our team. We are looking for a full time, local delivery drivers Monday - Saturday. One year of driving experience is expected and requires driving a box truck or transit van. Packages range in size and weight, so ability to lift heavy packages is required. Work day begins at 7:30am and is complete after all packages have been delivered.

Job requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, drug screen and background check.
• Must have a clean driving record (MVR).
• Driver must obtain F Endorsement prior to starting his/her route.

Daily Role requirements, but not limited to:

• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads.
• Handle and deliver packages safely and in a timely manner to the assigned routes.
• Perform duties with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with team members.
• Accurately operate scanner to effectively track the delivery process.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules regulation policies and procedures.
• Safely operate and navigate commercial vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Lift, bend, carry and load packages up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to use a wide range of apps and electronic devices.
