BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a global consumer goods company for their Executive Compensation Analyst vacancy in the Greater Atlanta Area. This is a highly visible role that partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure executive compensation strategies are competitive, compliant, and closely aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead executive compensation programs and annual processes, including incentive plan design, benchmarking, and governance deliverables
Work on the proxy statement with the legal department annually, managing RSU programs for more than 1,000 employees, and preparing Board of Directors meeting books.
Analyze and interpret complex data, develop dashboards and reports, and deliver insights that guide leadership decisions.
Manage the design and evaluation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
Oversee executive disclosures and materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with governance frameworks.
Partner across the organization and with external resources to assess market competitiveness and equity.
Serve as a subject matter expert on executive compensation for projects and initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Desired skills include strong Excel, and ideally Power BI experience
Strong experience in process improvements
VERY nice to have- exposure to RSU, Proxy Statements, and preparing for BOD comp material
Will train on executive compensation such as RSU, Section 16, etc.
