Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Your expertise will ensure our compensation strategies align with industry standards, legal requirements, and organizational goals. You will analyze compensation data, manage HR systems, and collaborate across departments to foster a fair and competitive work environment. Duties

• Develop, analyze, and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs using advanced HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct market research and benchmark studies to ensure competitive pay practices aligned with employment & labor law and industry standards.
• Manage payroll processes within systems like ADP, Paylocity, or UltiPro to ensure accurate and timely employee payments while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Oversee benefits administration including health insurance knowledge, workers' compensation claims processing, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee evaluation processes, employee relations issues, and training & development initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Handle complex data collection and analysis to generate reports for executive leadership on compensation trends, compliance metrics such as HIPAA regulations, and payroll management insights.
• Ensure HR legal compliance by staying current on employment & labor law updates and implementing necessary policy adjustments within HRIS systems like Lawson or PeopleSoft.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or Lawson for effective data management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance standards including HIPAA regulations related to employee health information.
• Proven experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity), benefits administration tools, and ERP systems supporting HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills for negotiation with vendors and clear dissemination of complex information to diverse audiences.
• Data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) to interpret compensation data accurately.
• Familiarity with HR compliance issues such as FMLA administration, workers' compensation procedures, Medicare regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high attention to detail in all aspects of compensation analysis.
