About Allen School
Allen School of Health Sciences prepares students for real careers in healthcare — fast. With campuses in Brooklyn, Jamaica (Queens), and Phoenix, AZ, we offer focused, hands-on training in high-demand fields like Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. We're growing, and we're looking for people who genuinely want to help students take the next step in their lives.
The Role
The Executive Enrollment Advisor is one of our very best — a top performer who's earned the trust to handle our highest-stakes candidate conversations. You'll take on the most complex enrollment situations, mentor other advisors, and help shape how we train the next generation of the team. This role is part front-line enrollment, part strategic voice in how Admissions runs.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of our highest-value and most complex prospective student relationships, including escalations and win-back campaigns for candidates we previously lost.
- Be the go-to expert on tough conversations — cost objections, program comparisons, and candidates weighing multiple options.
- Help build the training materials other advisors learn from, including our questioning frameworks and objection-handling playbooks.
- Formally mentor Senior Enrollment Advisors and onboard new hires.
- Dig into your own and the team's conversion data to spot what's working and flag what isn't.
- Sit in on strategy conversations with Marketing and campus leadership.
- Help interview and evaluate candidates for future Enrollment Advisor roles.
- Keep your own pipeline and CRM discipline sharp — you lead by example, not just title.
- Consistently perform at the top of the team.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in enrollment, admissions, or consultative sales, with a proven record as a top performer.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other advisors.
- Comfort with data — you can look at pipeline numbers and know what to do next.
- Deep knowledge of Allen School's programs and the local healthcare training landscape.
- Excellent judgment and communication skills, especially in sensitive or high-stakes conversations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission/bonus potential
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- 401(k) with employer match
- A clear path for growth within Admissions and across the school
- The chance to do work that changes people's lives — every day
