Organization is seeking an accomplished On-Air Executive Producer & Co-Host to join one of our flagship political podcasts.

This is not a traditional producer position. We are looking for a dynamic communicator who is equally comfortable behind the scenes and in front of the camera. As a recurring on-air personality, you'll work alongside our hosts to lead thoughtful conversations, guide interviews in real time, and help shape the editorial voice of the show.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional political instincts, strong production experience, and the confidence to engage high-profile guests while ensuring every episode is informative, compelling, and true to the brand.

Please Note: This is an on-camera leadership role. The successful candidate will become a recurring on-air personality and editorial voice on one of our flagship podcasts.

What You'll Do as an On-Air Co-Host

• Join the hosts on camera as a consistent and trusted editorial voice.
• Help guide conversations in real time, keeping discussions focused, engaging, and moving naturally.
• Redirect interviews when necessary while maintaining an authentic conversational flow.

Drive Editorial Strategy

• Partner closely with the News Director to identify timely political, cultural, and breaking news topics.
• Help curate the editorial direction for each episode, ensuring discussions are relevant, substantive, and compelling.
• Stay informed on current events and emerging stories that align with the network's programming.

Talent Leadership

• Help manage on-air talent by maintaining pacing, focus, and professionalism throughout each episode.
• Create an environment that encourages authentic conversation while ensuring interviews remain aligned with editorial objectives.
• Balance collaboration with decisive leadership when conversations require redirection.

Guest Development

• When needed identify, cultivate, and book compelling guests, including elected officials, policy experts, journalists, military leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, cultural influencers, and other notable voices.

Production Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team from pre-production through final delivery.
• Collaborate on short-form content opportunities to maximize audience engagement across digital and social platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated on-camera experience in podcasting, broadcast television, digital media, political media, journalism, or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of American politics, public policy, and current events, with the ability to contribute credibly to conversations focused on conservative issues and audiences.
• Experience producing podcasts, television, digital programming, or other editorial content.
• Experience working closely with on-air talent.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and conversational leadership skills.
• Ability to confidently redirect conversations while maintaining a natural and engaging on-air presence.
• Guest booking experience and an established professional network are strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of making editorial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building premium media.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
