The Position
Analysts are critical to the success of all aspects of the business and make a meaningful impact on Falcon’s operations, direction, and strategic planning. In this role, Analysts have the chance to take on meaningful projects that contribute directly to the firm’s future and to work independently on a variety of different tasks that directly impact the success of our company and the private equity-backed businesses we serve.

This role is focused on supporting executive talent recruiting. As part of a team, you will work closely with other Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Partners on search consulting engagements, including industry research, candidate identification, and client support.
